Conditions for reservations for the rental of pitches
  1. All rentals are in the name of the hirer, and may under no circumstances be assigned or sublet. The rental contact is drawn up at your request, against your prior indications, and includes:
    - the number of persons agreed and provided for in the prices in force a the time of your stay.
    - supplements indicated at the time of your reservation request.
    - only one vehicle per pitch, including registration fees.
    - the visitor's tax, subject to any modifications applied by the Town Hall of Saint Pierre d'Oléron.
    Additional vehicles may be allowed in the perimeter of the camp site against the appropriate payment .
  2. Reservation is only effective with our agreement after the signed reservation contract has been returned to us within eight days of despatch, and accompanied by full payment of the deposit requested.
  3. In the absence of a telegram or faxed message from the camper, specifying that he has had to delay his date of arrival, the pitch will become vacant 24 hours after the date of arrival specified in the rental contract and full payment for the services will fall due.
    E-MAIL AND TELEPHONE MESSAGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED .
  4. In the event of cancellation, the following moneys will be withheld or will fall due:
    - The reservation fee.
    - Indemnity for breach of contract.
    - An amount equal to 25% of the entire cost, if you cancel more than eight days before your expected date of arrival.
    - An amount equal to the entire cost of your stay if you cancel less than nine days before your expected date of arrival, or if you do not show up on that date .
  5. THE BALANCE OF THE COST OF YOUR STAY IS PAYABLE IN FULL ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL. No discount will be allowed if your arrival is delayed or if your departure is advanced.
  6. Pitches are reserved as applications are received and allocated depending on availability. In the event of any modifications to the dates of the stay, the same pitch cannot be guaranteed, Additional persons over and above the contract and visitors should pass through reception and pay for their stay on arrival; additional vehicles will not be allowed into the camp site perimeter except by agreement and allocation by the reception staff of a specific parking place, which will entail the immediate payment of the appropriate charge.
  7. All campers are required to conform to the provisions of the internal regulations.
